Small Things

Small Things

A poignant comedy by NS playwright Daniel MacIvor.

In this mature comedy written by NS playwright Daniel McIvor three women find connection in the small things. The play deals with the theme of gender, class and resistance to change through the conversations of a retired school teacher, Patricia, and her newly hired housekeeper, Birdy. The housekeepers' daughter, Dell, forms an unlikely ally and friend in Patricia. Through honest and sometimes humorous conversations we see small changes that make a big impact on all of their lives.
