Membership It’s an exciting world at CentreStage these days! We’ve taken the time as a Board to decide our vision for this Theatre Society. We’ve set short-term and long-term goals. One of them was to increase our membership — which is why the cost of joining is only $10. It’s a great time to belong! We have a tremendous line-up of shows and activities and a fantastic team of volunteers who are committed to making this community theatre the best one possible. “But I can’t act,” you say. There are many things you can do that don’t require being on stage. Perhaps you could help the front-of-house staff; design art work for posters and programmes; assist the stage manager; operate the lighting or sound systems. The list goes on and on. In this twenty-fifth year of operation we are really excited about the future, and we want to share that excitement with as many people as possible. For only $10 a year, membership entitles you to:

Have you ever thought about becoming involved at CentreStage? We are always looking for people to help out in a variety of capacities. If you would like to be regularly involved, you might want to consider joining one of our committees. For example, the Play Reading Committee reviews scripts and helps decide the play line up each year. The Marketing Committee is responsible for writing all the media releases and soliciting advertising. If you would like to help out on a short-term basis, maybe you would like to sign up to work front-of-house. You can pass out programs, or work coat check before any show. We will also have short-term projects that range from cleaning to carpentry to creating archives. Stay tuned for these opportunities.
