March Break Youth Theatre Camp
This March Break, CentreStage Theatre will be holding a drama camp for children aged 10 to 15. CentreStage Theatre is pleased to announce that Colleen Hagen will be the artistic director.
The camp will run 9:00-3:00 Monday to Friday March 15 to 19th with a performance on Saturday, March 20th.

Cinderella! Cinderella!

Throw out your fairy-tale ideas of a Cinderella with dainty glass slippers and hideous stepsisters - this adaptation has a new twist! Cinderella, a plain looking girl with big feet, competes with two mean-spirited but gorgeous stepsisters for the hand of the prince. With the help of her vision-impaired Fairy Godmother who’s always using the wrong wand, Cinderella learns that magic isn’t the answer to her problems.

Will the Queen let her son marry the girl he loves even if she's not as pretty as the other princesses? And what defines a real princess? Beauty? Kindness? Courage? The Prince doesn't want to marry just anyone, he wants to get to know her first. This story encourages children to follow their hearts and dreams and not live someone else's expectations or demands.
